MIND RESET MEDITATION
Known as Joshin Kokyu Ho in Japanese, or the method of using the breath to purify mind and body, this meditation boosts grounding, clarity and energy. If you are a Reiki practitioner, this meditation is your daily self-care wonder. By creating a “fire” in the Hara (sacral & root chakra) it helps burn anger and worry, deepening our sense of interconnection with the universe. It also feeds the warmth of our hands-on healing practice.
