Reiki practice comprises a lot of meditations designed to ground, center, and bring clarity. Because they require a little more involvement of your awareness than most popular styles, Reiki-based meditations are great if you:

  • Have an overactive brain

  • Feel like meditation is not for you

  • Want to feel more centered in your everyday life

  • Suffer from mild anxiety

  • Often feel confused when it comes to decision making

  • Are an empath and feel like you are being affected by “other people’s vibes.”

  • You have a Reiki practice and want to dive deeper into your spiritual journey

  • Have not practiced Reiki for a while and want to get the energy flowing again

Note: You don’t need to be trained in the Reiki system to learn this style of meditation.

3 x 45 mins. one-on-one classes:

In these individual classes, you will learn two Reiki meditations—one for grounding, one to discover and manage emotional triggers. We will also work together to help you establish a daily meditation routine.

In these one-on-one classes, you will learn three Reiki meditations—one for grounding, one to discover and manage emotional triggers, and one to align your energy centers and bring clarity. We will also work together to help you establish a daily meditation routine.
