Reiki Practice can’t be learned in a weekend workshop. Or two. As its name indicates: it is a practice. Founded by Nathalie Jaspar, Dive Into Reiki’s mission is to offer in-depth, long-term training, mentoring and practice opportunities to support your Reiki journey. Also:
Nathalie has practiced the Reiki system for 14 years, sat Master level four times, and trained in Japan. This gives her unique insights into the practice, its cultural roots, and how to adapt it to modern time’s needs.
The teaching style makes the practice very approachable and easy to integrate into everyday life.
Dive Into Reiki offers the full three levels of Reiki training
You will be given a personalized study plan to keep your practice going after the class.

CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAMS
REIKI 1 (SHODEN) — Start Your Reiki Journey
In this two-part workshop, you will learn how to connect consciously with energy to balance your body, mind and spirit, so you can feel more calm and centered, less stressed and anxious. Reiki practice also helps with pain management, improves digestion, sleep and energy levels.
Training includes:
What is Reiki practice (overview, history, benefits)
The Reiki precepts (what they are and how to work with them)
4 attunements to jump-start your practice
Hands-on healing protocol for yourself
Hands-on healing protocol for friends and loved ones
4 additional meditations and centering techniques to boost energy and happiness
Small groups (maximum 8 people)
A fully illustrated manual
Ongoing mentorship via email or text

REIKI 2 (OKUDEN) — The Inner Teachings
In this two-part workshop, you will learn how to connect consciously with specific types of energies and the foundations to develop a professional practitioner practice. You must have coursed Reiki 1 in order to sit for Reiki 2. Training includes:
A quick review of Reiki 1 level
3 attunements
3 symbols and mantras and how to work with them
Performing remote sessions
How to incorporate Reiki practice into other modalities (yoga, crystals, aromatherapy)
Tools to establish your own practice
Traditional Japanese meditations to boost your energy
A fully illustrated manual
Small groups (maximum 8 people)
Ongoing mentorship via email or text

REIKI 3 (SHINPIDEN) — The Mystery Teachings
In this 6-week training, you will learn the fourth symbol and mantra and how to create the space of oneness required to perform Reiki attunements. You will be moving deeper into your practice exploring your relationship with the universe. You will be given the tools to develop a professional teaching practice down the road. These training is limited to groups of four people maximum. Reiki 1 and 2 required (from any lineage).
